Method of Demolition

Prior to commencing any site activity, it is imperative to obtain all necessary NOCs and permits.
In order to identify service lines accurately, a trial trench will be conducted and validated by the relevant authorities.
To ensure the safety of service lines, protective measures will be implemented during the demolition process.
The mechanical demolition of the boundary wall will be carried out cautiously, with careful removal of footings near the service lines.
Simultaneously, debris will be transported to the Dubai Municipality dumping yard to minimize the accumulation of waste material.
Once the debris has been cleared, the site will be leveled.
To prevent the rise of dust, water will be sprayed during the mechanical demolition and loading of debris.
For the safety of personnel, the area will be cordoned off and a safety watch will be stationed at a safe distance.
Only authorized Aqra Building demolition personnel will be allowed in the working area, strictly prohibiting access to anyone else.
The area will be taped off and warning signs will be prominently displayed.
As soon as all the work is completed, equipment will be promptly removed from the site.
